Tormenta FC player Carter David Payne passed away unexpectedly in 2022 and the Ibis Foundation created The Carter Payne Fund & Scholarship to honor his memory. This event will raise money for The Carter Payne Fund & Scholarship via the Ibis Foundation. The Ibis Foundation is always accepting donations. These donations will directly support youth in our community to help grow, enjoy, play, and learn about soccer without financial burden.
